Office of the Chancellor Rights and Requirements
The Office of the Chancellor reserves the right to make additional requirements and ask for proposal revisions from institutions submitting proposals. Institutions accepting funds must agree to the requirements and all online learning must follow established practice and policy at the system and local institution level, further:

 

1. Funding a grant does not imply program or course approval at any level.

 

a. Any project proposal to offer online degrees must include a plan to seek accreditation status and/or provide documentation of an accreditation to offer an online degree.


2. All institutions submitting a proposal must agree to offer courses and programming developed with this funding for three years.

 

3. All institutions accepting funds must agree to clarify intellectual copyright, ownership, and rights to any materials developed with the funding.

 

4. All institutions accepting funds agree to submitting progress reports and a final report. Dates for these reports will be determined if proposal is funded.

 

5. Variations in RFP spending or deliverables that arise during the project should be communicated to:
